Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information we obtain automatically, and information from third parties that help us operate and improve the Services.
- Account and contact details such as name, business email, phone number, company name, and role.
- Operational inputs including configuration files, product catalogues, pricing rules, demand signals, and other Customer Data you choose to upload.
- Usage analytics, device identifiers, log files, cookies, and similar technologies that capture how you access and interact with our websites or platform.
- Feedback, survey responses, support requests, and communications exchanged with the Stratum team.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to deliver, maintain, and improve the Services; to support customer engagements; and to grow our business responsibly.
- Provisioning accounts, authenticating users, and administering beta environments.
- Analyzing usage to improve forecasting models, experimentation tooling, and user experience.
- Providing customer support, responding to inquiries, and delivering operational notices.
- Sending product updates, event invitations, and marketing communications in accordance with your preferences.
- Ensuring compliance with agreements, applicable laws, industry standards, and our security policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information only in the limited circumstances described below and subject to contractual safeguards.
- With service providers that assist with hosting, analytics, communications, or security, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- With business partners when jointly delivering solutions or coordinating events, where permitted by you or your organization.

Customer Data Processing
When a customer uploads Customer Data to the Services, we process it solely to provide agreed functionality, generate simulations, and improve model quality under the customer's direction. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data and for obtaining all necessary consents.
We may de-identify or aggregate data to develop benchmarks and product insights that do not identify you or your organization. Aggregated information is not treated as personal information when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
We may preserve account records, audit logs, or configuration history for a reasonable period to support troubleshooting, beta learnings, or legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it consistent with our data retention policies.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These measures include role-based access controls, encryption in transit, network monitoring, and regular security reviews.

When we receive a request from an individual associated with a customer account, we may redirect the request to the relevant customer administrator to ensure proper handling.
International Data Transfers
Stratum operates globally with infrastructure and partners located in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
